Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) actually said, “If sequestration takes place, that’s going to be a great setback. We don’t need to be having something like s...equestration that’s going to cause these job losses — over 170 million jobs that could be lost.”
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are only 134 million jobs in the entire United States!
Maxine is actually claiming that because of this TINY budget issue, that every person in the USA will be unemployed. Not one person in America will have a job!
I am amazed that she didn't also claim that America might tip over and sink into the ocean.
In Louisana a charity group called "Hunters for the Hungry" donated 1,600 pounds of freshly processed deer meat, called venison, to local homeless shelters across the state.
But no good deed goes unpunished.
The state of Louisiana refuses to allow homeless people to eat venison under any circumstances. Not only that, but the Health Department officials would not even allow the hunters to take their meat back and gladly use it for something else.
Instead, government workers ripped open every package of meat, put them into dumpsters, and poured bleach on all the meat. They claimed that the bleach bath would prevent animals from getting sick from eating the meat.
On January 14, 2013, a young man with Down Syndrome went with his companion to see Zero Dark Thirty at the Regal Cinema in Frederick, MD. At the... end of the movie, apparently because he wanted to see it again, he refused to get out of his seat. A Regal employee, rather than allowing him to stay and dealing with the situation later with his parents and the companion, called not one, not two, but three off duty Frederick County police officers who were working security for the theater at the time.
According to published reports, when the officers/ security guards asked him to leave, he mouthed off at them and "resisted arrest". Those of you who know my son Landon can visualize what this would look like. In response, the officers wrestled him to the ground where he asphyxiated in handcuffs. The handcuffs were removed and EMS called and according to the police news release he later died at hospital. I don't know how that reconciles with the coroner's finding of asphyxiation which I thought was pretty immediate.
The price of a ticket at the cinema is between $9 and $11. The additional cost to Regal of allowing him to watch the movie again was ZERO. But instead a beloved young man died on the floor of a movie theater in his neighborhood at the hands of people he was taught would protect him.
The police officers remain on duty and were allowed to invoke their rights as police officers not to provide statements even though they were not on duty or performing official duties at the time. They were security guards in police uniforms.
The county police are investigating and the story has received local news coverage. Please share this everywhere both to ensure justice but also to raise public awareness.

Where is our humanity when a young, obviously disabled young man dies for the price of a movie ticket?
An Egyptian magazine claims that six American Islamist activists who work with the Obama administration are Muslim Brotherhood operatives who enjoy strong influence over U.S. policy.
The Dec. 22 story published in Egypt's Rose El-Youssef magazine (read an IPT translation here) suggests the six turned the White House "from a position hostile to Islamic groups and organizations in the world to the largest and most important supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood."
The story is largely unsourced, but its publication is considered significant in raising the issue to Egyptian readers.
The six named people include: Arif Alikhan, assistant secretary of Homeland Security for policy development; Mohammed Elibiary, a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council; Rashad Hussain, the U.S. special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference; Salam al-Marayati, co-founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC); Imam Mohamed Magid, president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA); and Eboo Patel, a member of President Obama's Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships.
Alikhan is a founder of the World Islamic Organization, which the magazine identifies as a Brotherhood "subsidiary." It suggests that Alikhan was responsible for the "file of Islamic states" in the White House and that he provides the direct link between the Obama administration and the Arab Spring revolutions of 2011.
Elibiary, who has endorsed the ideas of radical Muslim Brotherhood luminary Sayyid Qutb, may have leaked secret materials contained in Department of Homeland Security databases, according to the magazine. He, however, denies having any connection with the Brotherhood.
Elibiary also played a role in defining the Obama administration's counterterrorism strategy, and the magazine asserts that Elibiary wrote the speech Obama gave when he told former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to leave power but offers no source or evidence for the claim.
According to Rose El-Youssef, Rashad Hussain maintained close ties with people and groups that it says comprise the Muslim Brotherhood network in America. This includes his participation in the June 2002 annual conference of the American Muslim Council, formerly headed by convicted terrorist financier Abdurahman Alamoudi.
He also participated in the organizing committee of the Critical Islamic Reflection along with important figures of the American Muslim Brotherhood such as Jamal Barzinji, Hisham al-Talib and Yaqub Mirza.
Regarding al-Marayati, who has been among the most influential Muslim American leaders in recent years, the magazine draws connections between MPAC in the international Muslim Brotherhood infrastructure.
Magid heads ISNA, which was founded by Brotherhood members, was appointed by Obama in 2011 as an adviser to the Department of Homeland Security. The magazine says that has also given speeches and conferences on American Middle East policy at the State Department and offered advice to the FBI.
Rose El-Youssef says Patel maintains a close relationship with Hani Ramadan, the grandson of Brotherhood founder Hasan al-Banna, and is a member of the Muslim Students Association, which it identifies as "a large Brotherhood organization."
Famed Baltimore neurosurgeon Dr. Benjamin Carson addressed the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday morning on healthcare. Dr. Carson often criticized Obamacare and government intrusion in healthcare while President Obama sat in the audience. Dr. Carson encouraged a program where newborn babies are given health savings account as an alternative to Obamacare.
DR. CARSON: What we need to do is come up with something simple. And when I pick up my Bible, you know what I see? I see the fairest individual in the universe, God, and he's given us a system. It's called a tithe.
We don't necessarily have to do 10% but it's the principle. He didn't say if your crops fail, don't give me any tithe or if you have a bumper crop, give me triple tithe. So there must be something inherently fair about proportionality. You make $10 billion, you put in a billion. You make $10 you put in one. Of course you've got to get rid of the loopholes. Some people say, 'Well... that's not fair because it doesn't hurt the guy who made $10 billion as much as the guy who made 10.' Where does it say you've got to hurt the guy? He just put a billion dollars in the pot. We don't need to hurt him. It's that kind of thinking that has resulted in 602 banks in the Cayman Islands. That money needs to be back here building our infrastructure and creating jobs.
DR. CARSON: Here's my solution: When a person is born, give him a birth certificate, an electronic medical record, and a health savings account to which money can be contributed -- pretax -- from the time you're born 'til the time you die. When you die, you can pass it on to your family members, so that when you're 85 years old and you got six diseases, you're not trying to spend up everything. You're happy to pass it on and there's nobody talking about death panels.
Number one. And also, for the people who were indigent who don't have any money we can make contributions to their Health Savings Account each month because we already have this huge pot of money. Instead of sending it to some bureaucracy, let's put it in their HSAs. Now they have some control over their own health care.

Yes, people will start noticing that low-profit margin employers like restaurants and fast food chains are already starting to move full-time employees to part-time status to avoid business destroying penalties. Perhaps it will dawn on Senate Democrats that small business (you know, the engines of growth) have stopped hiring at 49 employees for the very same reason.
A bill introduced in the Washignton State Legislature on Tuesday would allow young immigrants who have no legal status in the country to apply for state financial aid for college.
The measure aims to dovetail with the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which provides young immigrants who arrived in the United States as children a legal way to live in the country on renewable two-year stays, but it would also make students who don’t apply for that program eligible.
To be eligible for the federal program, immigrants must prove they arrived in the U.S. before they turned 16, must be 30 or younger, must have been living in the country at least five years, and must be in school, have graduated or served in the military. They cannot have been convicted of certain crimes or otherwise pose a safety threat.
People who qualify for the deferred removal program can’t apply for federal college financial aid.
Senate Minority Leader Sen. Ed Murray’s bill, dubbed the Washington Dream Act, would make these immigrants eligible for the State Need Grant. They already qualify for in-state tuition.
The measure’s highest hurdle is getting the approval of Senate leader Rodney Tom and his Republican colleagues. A spokesman for the Senate coalition couldn’t immediately say what leadership thought of the bill.
In 2003, Tom was one of several Republicans in the House of Representatives who voted to make students who entered the country illegally eligible for in-state tuition.
Murray, a Democrat from Seattle, said he doesn’t have any Republican co-sponsors for the bill but is optimistic that some will eventually sign on to the idea. He has already proposed a capital gains tax that would provide a source of revenue for the state’s education system, and he said one of the areas that needs to be funded is the State Need Grant.
“The resources exist to fund the state need grant,” Murray said.
Proponents say the average number of college students in Washington each year who can’t provide proof of legal residency is about 550. They estimate that number would grow by about 20 or 30 percent if the financial aid measure is approved. Using those numbers, they estimate costs in the next biennium to be between $3.3 million and $3.5 million.
Ricardo Sanchez of the Latino/a Educational Achievement Project said the students who would be eligible for financial aid are the children of immigrants who have helped Washington’s economy, such as farm workers in the multi-billion agricultural sector. He said these families have contributed their share of taxes to the state’s coffers.
Overall, higher education is one of the many sectors lawmakers are working to fund in the next budget.
The state is already predicting a $900 million deficit for the next biennium, and a Supreme Court ruling concerning money for the state’s K-12 education system will force the Legislature to find an estimated $1 billion to invest in public schools during this session.
Recently, Washington’s public university presidents offered to compromise with the Legislature over money, saying they will agree to freeze tuition for the next two years if the state infuses $225 million into their budgets.
Chuck Hagel has been tapped by Obama for Secretary of Defense, which has resulted in a slew of push backs over his troubling record: criticism and lack of support for Israel; coddling of Hezbollah, Hamas, and Iran; and his almost immediate appointment after retiring as a senator to Deutsche Bank’s Americas Advisory Board, the mega bank that has been accused of funneling billions of dollars to Iran’s nuclear program. But the most troubling aspect of Chuck Hagel is the fact that he may have stolen both of his senatorial elections.
In 1992, Hagel was CEO of Election Systems & Software, maker of computerized voting machines. On March 15, 1995, Hagel resigned as CEO but kept millions in stock options and declared that he was going to run for the U.S. Senate in Nebraska. Although he was a virtually unknown candidate; although he ran against a former governor, Ben Nelson, who was hugely popular; and although all the polls prior to the election indicated Ben Nelson would win the election, oddly Hagel won by a landslide with 83% of the vote. It later turned out that Hagel’s voting machines had been used in virtually all of the precincts.
When Hagel ran for reelection in 2006, his previous landslide of 83% was eclipsed by an even wider margin. It turns out that Hagel’s former company, Election Systems & Software/Diebold now counts the votes in most elections. And it turns out Hagel’s voting machines have been embroiled in investigations of hacking and vote-switching that continue to this day. Did Barack Obama win the presidential elections the same way Hagel won his senatorial seat? And is this Secretary of Defense position payback for the favor? Americans should demand to see each and every vote cast for both Chuck Hagel and Barack Obama. Now. Today.

What most refuse to acknowledge is that it was unlikely that ANYBODY could have beaten the voter fraud planned and perpetrated by the criminal Obama machine. They seem to prefer pointing fingers, blaming Romney and blathering on about who to run in 2016 and how to suck up to the minorities.

What a joke, this is a little better Photoshop then the first one, but it sill looks odd to me. The arms don’t look right and I don’t recall Obama having a little potbelly??

This looks to be another Barack Obama fabrication, and one that he will again get away with. No big deal right? We think it is a big deal because it just adds to the levels this man will go to fabricate for his sake a cult of personality that is not reality. We invite other photographers and videographers to comment. We have taken into consideration hi-speed 1/2000 or better shutters or frames of video. There is no reason for a shot taken, in our opinion, at this level an attitude for the muzzle. We believe this to be a staged shot so that the most uninformed will be mislead.

Chances are it was taken as a single frame from a video. So where is the video why not show the public that? Why would they take a single frame from a video and suppress the video? Reason dramatization of the smoking muzzle. It is easy to see the level of the firearms barrel, far to level to the ground for skeet.
Has Obama ever held a gun before? His stance, posture and grip are wrong, and very high on the shoulder. This will leave a bad bruise.
They really think the public is dumb…of course those that voted for him will believe anything the media and ”The One” tells them.

Donald Trump said Monday that he’s suing liberal comic Bill Maher for $5 million for charity because Maher did not follow through on a public bet he made on “The Tonight Show.”
“He promised me $5 million for charity if I provided certain information,” Trump said Monday on Fox News’s “Fox & Friends.” “Well I provided the information. He didn’t pay. So today I sue Bill Maher for $5 million for charity.”
Last month, Maher said on NBC to Jay Leno that he would pay $5 million to Trump’s charity of choice if he provided a birth certificate proving that he’s not “spawn of his mother having sex with orangutan.” It was similar to an offer Trump made to President Barack Obama during the presidential campaign season, in which Trump wanted Obama to release his college records.
“[Maher] made me an offer. I accepted the offer immediately, and he didn’t come through with the $5 million,” Trump said on Fox News.
Trump’s attorney Scott S. Balber released a letter following Maher’s comments and attached a copy of Trump’s birth certificate.
“Attached hereto is a copy of Mr. Trump’s birth certificate, demonstrating that he is the son of Fred Trump, not an orangutan,” Balber wrote in the letter.
But wasn’t Maher just kidding?
“I don’t think he was joking. He said it with venom.
That was venom. That wasn’t a joke. In fact, he was nervous when he said it. It was a pathetic delivery,” Trump said on Fox News.

The State Department made a big deal of presenting the names and photos of Ambassador Steven's security detail when they arrived in Benghazi, but since the attack, they've treated the identities of the ones that fought the hoards and survived the attack as top secret information. They wouldn't even release their identities to the Congressional committee investigating the attack and death of the ambassador.
"This remarkable about-face raises two questions: Why can’t the American people know the names--and hear the stories--of the heroic DS agents who fought the terrorists who attacked our mission in Benghazi? Why can’t these courageous survivors deliver their eyewitnesses accounts directly to the U.S. Congress?" ... If it looks like a coverup and smells like a coverup...
