Hot Dog Vender Attacked By Union Thugs In Right To Work Battle

The Union thugs yesterday were chanting that they were for the middle class, yet they attacked a middle class business man yesterday.

Clint Tarver, known as "The Hot Dog Guy"  in Lansing had his business attacked by out of line and out of control protesters near the Capitol.

Everyone who has passed the hot dog cart knows what a kind and caring individual Clint is. He never fails to bestow a smile or friendly greeting. In no way he he provoke this attack, nor any of the behavior displayed toward him.

Clint hired as a caterer for the American's For Prosperity tent which was torn down. He was much more concerned about the others, and particularly helped to get the women out of the tent. It was when he returned to gather his equipment that the taunts and racial slurs began. He says the working people did not respect the working man. He was not there to be political; he was just there to serve. This is the Clint many say they know and love.  Linda Lee Tarver, Clint's wife, was there and witnessed the entire event. She said " I just want to say that "God is Real" and that Deacon Clint Tarver has shown great spiritual maturity today. Just to testify Clint is a Black man from the East Side of Detroit who, when attacked by Democrat-Union Thugs, cussed out, and called an Uncle Tom Nigger, he humbly retrieved his equipment, called his wife (me), and left. He donated money to AFP to help them fix their tent, and he and I prayed for peace. I am still 'not over it' but Mr. Clint is such a sweet, kind, and humble man. That is why I love him."

A Fund has been set up to replace the damage to his business. If you would like to help click here
